As Vice President, Steve brings 30+ years of experience in international logistics management and transportation services. He works with carriers and other partners in the ocean freight industry to ensure UPS has the right level of support and competitive pricing to bring to our customers. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications and business administration from the University of Georgia.

Global Air Freight and Healthcare Leader

As Global Airfreight & Healthcare Leader, Vito brings 24 years of experience across operations, procurement, and product management. He has held leadership roles in US Freight Forwarding Operations, Global Transportation Procurement, and the Global Airfreight Product. Vito joined UPS in 2001 through the acquisition of Fritz Companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University and resides in Milton, GA.

Director of Business Development

Stephen has over 31 years of leadership at UPS across Small Parcel, Global Logistics, and Supply Chain Solutions. As the One UPS High-Tech Vertical Lead, he’s driven innovation in operations, engineering, and business development. Most recently, he was the subject matter expert for UPS Velocity in Kentucky, leveraging deep expertise to deliver customer value and fuel growth.

Catherine Mellor

Vice President of Global Public Affairs

Catherine is responsible for leading UPS’ policy development in support of an inclusive trade agenda, with a specific focus on the company’s engagement in its Asia and healthcare business initiatives. Prior to joining UPS in 2019, Mellor worked at the US Chamber of Commerce, for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and for the US Congress. Mellor is an Australian citizen and graduate of the University of Queensland.
