He translates complex data into actionable intelligence, ensuring decision-makers are equipped with a clear understanding of economic trends and their implications. Most recently, Joe has researched the potential impact of tariffs on UPS.
As Vice President, Steve brings 30+ years of experience in international logistics management and transportation services. He works with carriers and other partners in the ocean freight industry to ensure UPS has the right level of support and competitive pricing to bring to our customers. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications and business administration from the University of Georgia.
As Global Airfreight & Healthcare Leader, Vito brings 24 years of experience across operations, procurement, and product management. He has held leadership roles in US Freight Forwarding Operations, Global Transportation Procurement, and the Global Airfreight Product. Vito joined UPS in 2001 through the acquisition of Fritz Companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University and resides in Milton, GA.
Stephen has over 31 years of leadership at UPS across Small Parcel, Global Logistics, and Supply Chain Solutions. As the One UPS High-Tech Vertical Lead, he’s driven innovation in operations, engineering, and business development. Most recently, he was the subject matter expert for UPS Velocity in Kentucky, leveraging deep expertise to deliver customer value and fuel growth.
Catherine is responsible for leading UPS’ policy development in support of an inclusive trade agenda, with a specific focus on the company’s engagement in its Asia and healthcare business initiatives. Prior to joining UPS in 2019, Mellor worked at the US Chamber of Commerce, for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and for the US Congress. Mellor is an Australian citizen and graduate of the University of Queensland.
Michelle Rodriguez is a strategic marketing leader with deep experience in communications, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution. As Marketing Manager for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, she leads integrated communication strategies, develops targeted content and messaging, and partners across the business to support sales, strengthen brand visibility, and advance key priorities in the logistics market.
