Catherine is responsible for leading UPS’ policy development in support of an inclusive trade agenda, with a specific focus on the company’s engagement in its Asia and healthcare business initiatives. Prior to joining UPS in 2019, Mellor worked at the US Chamber of Commerce, for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and for the US Congress. Mellor is an Australian citizen and graduate of the University of Queensland.
Jessica is responsible for leading UPS® Trade Advisory Services, which encompasses Foreign Trade Zone, Duty Drawback as well as UPS International Trade Consulting Services. She is also responsible for Customer Experience for Global Freight Forwarding and Global Customs Brokerage. Jessica is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) and a Certified Export Specialist (CES). Jessica has 20 years of experience focusing on international logistics, trade and compliance.
Mark brings over 38 years of experience at UPS, with a career rooted in international operations and customs brokerage. He began in express import package operations and transitioned to the US Brokerage operation in 1992. Over the years, Mark has led both small package and freight brokerage teams. In his current role, Mark oversees the US Small Package Brokerage Compliance group for air imports. A licensed Customs Broker since 2002, Mark is also an active member of the Express Association of America (EAA) and the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA).
