Kelly has worked in the Customs Brokerage industry since 1982 and earned her Customs Brokerage License in 1988. In her current role, Kelly has Compliance oversight of UPS’s brokerage offices on both the US Northern and Southern borders. Kelly is an active member of various trade associations, including a Board of Directors position with the Northern Border Customs Broker’s Association.
Gonzalo oversees services provided to customers across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring seamless trade compliance solutions. With over 10 years of experience in logistics and trade compliance, he specializes in implementing Trade Compliance Programs, including Control Tower Services, Classification, and Origin Determination. He joined UPS in 2017 through the acquisition of STTAS, bringing a strong technical background with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in power engineering.
Jessica oversees services provided to customers across North America. With over 18 years of experience in the logistics and trade compliance industry, she has developed a strong focus on operations and management. Jessica is a Licensed Customs Broker since 2012 and brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance and process optimization. She holds an MBA in Business Management, further enhancing her strategic and leadership capabilities in the field.
Mark has over 38 years of experience with UPS. He started his career in the UPS express import package operations and then moved to the US Brokerage operation is 1992. While in brokerage he has had to opportunity to oversee both the small pack and freight brokerage operations. In his current role he oversees the US Small Package Brokerage Compliance group for the US Air Imports. Mark obtained his Customs Brokerage License in 2002. He is also an active member in Express Air Association (EAA) and the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA).
