As President of US and Canada Freight Forwarding for UPS’ Supply Chain Solutions business unit, Keith supports activities for the international air, ocean freight, domestic air freight and ground products. Keith has over 30 years of experience in freight forwarding, brokerage and distribution operations and strategy.
As Vice President, Steve brings 30+ years of experience in international logistics management and transportation services. He works with carriers and other partners in the ocean freight industry to ensure UPS has the right level of support and competitive pricing to bring to our customers. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications and business administration from the University of Georgia.
Eddie Cissell is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. As the Head of Global Automation and Operational Excellence, Eddie has spearheaded the company’s modernization efforts, enabling the organization to provide scalable solutions for customers while significantly reducing the cost to serve.
Lancelot has held various leadership posts throughout his 18-year career with UPS Global Freight Forwarding. He has been successful at streamlining supply chain operations and currently oversees activities for the International Air Freight product. Lancelot holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.

Kelly has worked in the Customs Brokerage industry since 1982 and earned her Customs Brokerage License in 1988. In her current role, Kelly has Compliance oversight of UPS’s brokerage offices on both the US Northern and Southern borders. Kelly is an active member of various trade associations, including a Board of Directors position with the Northern Border Customs Broker’s Association.
As an economist at UPS, Joe conducts in-depth economic research and analysis to drive strategic insights for the organization. He translates complex data into actionable intelligence, ensuring decision-makers are equipped with a clear understanding of economic trends and their implications. Most recently, Joe has researched the potential impact of tariffs on UPS.
Nirav Patel is a multifaceted professional with a background in corporate strategy, analytics and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Product and Marketing Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, he identifies revenue-generating opportunities through research and analysis in addition to developing and deploying marketing strategies for outsourced warehousing and distribution.
