As Director of Trade Management Services and Trade Compliance, Penny works with multinational companies and stakeholders to assist them in navigating Canadian importing legislation. Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yorkville University, with CCLP, CCS and CTCS designations. She currently sits on the Canadian Border Customs Consultative Committees (BCCCs) with the Customs Border Services Agency.
